Under Homepage as New Tab, the Android Homescreen search widget should open Fenix with a new tab and the address bar focused (keyboard up) and displaying the zero search state. This should still respect the setting in Settings -> Private browsing -> Open links in a private tab, which indicates whether or not the application should always startup in Private mode.
