When there is a scrollbar for pinned tabs an inset value should be set to prevent the rounded corners from interfering with the scrollbar.
Use the -moz-scrollbar-inset-block property to add the inset. This property can accept 1 or 2 values for the start and end values

Closing this as WONTFIX. The need for this no longer applies since there is no longer an upper corner radius where the scrollbar is positioned now that there is no longer a floating chrome
