Steps to reproduce

1. Reach a new tab page.
2. Type /watch in the smartbar and hit Enter to submit it.
3. The Create an Alert modal should be displayed.

Expected result

• Users should be able to see the Create a task modal on the new tab page.

Actual result

• The user is unable to create a monitor from the new tab page.

Hi @yjamora, this still doesnt work, instead of showing the Create a task panel on the new tab page the AI simply responds with : I can’t watch this page — watching works on regular web pages, not Firefox’s own screens.
Open the page you want checked and type /watch there.

thank you for checking Rares! in our product meeting we confirmed that this will be ok for v0! it says the error message because current page (full chat mode) doesn't have populated url.

5. Check the strings have been changed.
6. Open another tab and go to any website. Open SW sidebar.
7. Type "/wa" and enter
8. Should appear a create form for Watch in the chat.

• Explanation of risk level: It is low because these are bug fixes or improvement for existing codes.
• String changes made/needed?: Yes but this feature has been gated for US and Canada. so no need for translation.
