Move all patches to patches/ directory. Add two patches there that were
part of Bug 868874 and 1893532 but not registered (which means that the
update script would have lost them).
Remove now obsolete UPSTREAM-GIT-SHA and update.sh.
Decimal.{h,cpp} are untouched, which is normal for such a move.
