Remote-tab rows get taller when wrap is active. When you hover over them, the URL appears in the blank space. So this probably happens to any type of row that hides its URL until hovered/selected. I think .urlbarView-row[sponsored] might be the only other type? (Non-Suggest sponsored rows, which I'm not sure can even be triggered anymore.)

Proton doesn't have this problem. May be due to using grid on wrap?

Reproducible on a 2026-08-12 Firefox Nightly build on Windows 10.

Verified as fixed on Firefox Nightly 159.0a1 and Firefox 158.0b1 on Windows 10, Ubuntu 22, macOS 13.
