- Open the Organize Tabs panel.
- Click outside of the panel on The Toolbar.
Expected result
- The Organize Tabs panel should close when clicking outside of it.
Actual result
- Clicking the Toolbar will not close the Organize tabs panel.

Please also note that if we click and move another app window around the organize tabs panel remains open on top of the other window.
