20642 - Traversing using back/forward buttons kills mozilla.

Using 1999120109-M12 build on WinNT and Solaris.

To reproduce,
- Bring up mozilla.
- Load http://www.netscape.com.
- Load http://www.mozilla.org.
- Use the Back and Forward buttons to load back and forth the above URLs.
  After about 3rd try, mozilla crashes. I got the following debug messages

FindShortcut: in='http://www.netscape.com'  out='null'
failed to set the page title.

Moving to History component and reassigning.

This may be a duplicate of bug 18798 since http://www.netscape.com/ has some
form controls.  However, it may not be...
