When a new mail arrives, the letter/green arrow icon is displayed in the
taskbar. When opening a Mail-window with this icon, the window is displayed as a
thin stripe (1/4 of the screen) and the Minimize/Maximize buttons in the right
upper corner are missing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get a new mail
2. click the letter/green arrow icon in the taskbar
Actual Results:
you get the MozMail-window in a small stripe with no Minimize/Maximize Buttons

Expected Results:
full size window with Minimize/Maxmize buttons would be nice
Andreas Schleifenbaum: is this bug still an issue for you? I've never seen this
behavior.
