Steps to Reproduce:
Launch Fenix
From the Home Screen, type in a url in the url bar
Press 'Go' / enter
Expected Results:
Gecko starts the load quickly
Actual Results:
Seeing a delay of ~150-230ms from when the user hits Go/enter to when the Gecko LoadURI is called
