Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.3.1) Gecko/20030425
Build Identifier: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/mozilla-mac-MachO.dmg.gz (1.4b May7 and may20)
After installing and running 1.4b (upgrading from 1.3.1) everything looks normal
at first launch. On quiting and restarting mozilla browser the bookmarks no
longer appear on the Personal Toolbar, though they are still available in the
bookmarks menu. I see no setting to allow chaniging of th3e folder to use as
the Personal Toolbar folder and nothing new in the preferences to help fix this.
I tried reinstalling 1.4 and again on first launch it worked fine. After that
the toolbar dissapears again.
This does not happen with 1.3.1 which I am using now.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Drag Mozilla to Applications folder to install, copy over old
2.Launch new install (which seems much faster by the way, awesome).
2a.Personal toolbar folder is full
3.quit mozilla
4.Relaunch mozilla new install
4a.Personal Toolbar is empty
Actual Results:
Personal toolbar folders and bookmarks disappear
Expected Results:
Personal toolbar should display all folders and bookmarks as in previous versions
