With bug 2060396 and bug 2064683, there doesn't seem like much need to keep track of the hidden window features under hidden. The sole remaining use case is the toolbar window feature, but we already store that state as isPopup on each window. We should be able to remove the separate hidden property tracking and keep isPopup as the source of truth.
