2065617 - Document the code paths for tab group data

In order to support current and future maintenance of the tab groups feature, we should document and diagram how tab group data is structured/architected.

For this ticket:

• Draft some documentation/diagrams inside of a Google doc in the shared drive and have it reviewed
• Publish the documentation in the firefox source docs tree.
