Would be really nice if bookmarks could be saved in an XML format instead of (or
as well as) in the html form.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Look at bookmarks.html ..
2. Notice it's not XML or even XHTML
Actual Results:  
Bookmarks stored in HTML only.

Expected Results:  
Have ability to store bookmarks in an XML form.
