Depedabot hasn't upgraded the fakesentry and gcs-emulator images for almost two years. There seems to be some incompatibility with using GAR as the image registry.

The same problem affects Socorro.

The issue is fixed in obs-common now, and I upgraded all services manually to the new version scheme. Now Dependabot should be able to pick up updates on its own. I'm not explicitly testing this – I'll just wait whether things work in the next couple of rounds of Dependabot requests, and if they don't, I'll reopen this ticket.
