Visit http://kvsys.com/~doachs/mozilla/test.html to see an example of the
problem.  If you have Mozilla set to use the Classic theme and have a web page
that launches a javascript popup window that is set to scroll and have the
status bar, neither one shows up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit http://kvsys.com/~doachs/mozilla/test.html or other similar page
2.click on the Launch 1 link
3.Notice that there are no scroll bars when using classic theme but there are
when using modern theme.

Actual Results:  
No scroll bars on the new window.

Expected Results:  
Scroll bars on the new window just like with the modern theme.

I have verified that this happens when running mozilla under Linux and Windows
2000 and from at least Mozilla 1.3.1 throught the nightly builds.

I noticed that the scrollbars are there but only if increase the width to the
minumum width of the the statusbar.

Confirming absence of scrollbars on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0;
en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030612

Statusbar is visible in my own applications. The scrollbars appead an disappear
depending on the window width, when I resize. When I make it wider, the
scollbars appear. If I make it taller, they again disappear.

Scrollbar or status bar doesnt appear correclty when resizing window. Duping,
