Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030507 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030507 I am regularly losing the icons in my personal toolbar for my bookmarks when exiting and restarting Mozilla. The folders and bookmarks are still present in the Bookmarks group, but they aren't displayed in the toolbar when I restart. I can go into "Manage Bookmarks", drag the groups into the Personal Toolbar group, and they re-appear in the toolbar, but disappear again if I quit and restart. I did diffs between the bookmarks.html before and after the icons were lost, and they're identical except for the LAST_MODIFIED attribute on the Personal Toolbar group itself, so the problem seems to be elsewhere. The only similar bug I could find was in a pre-1.0 version, something to do with the favicon cache being broken. I've only reproduced this on MacOS (10.2.6) using 1.4 beta. I did see it happen once with 1.4a, but I didn't run 1.4a long enough to reproduce it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Exit Mozilla 2.Start Mozilla 3.Notice that personal toolbar icons are lost 4.Fix Personal Toolbar icons 5.Repeat. Actual Results: Icons are gone Expected Results: Icons remain persistent through restarts.
