2067309 - OSX cannot run all WPT EME tests due to plugin deciding host is tampered

When running with the real Widevine plugin in CI, we fail tests that pass locally because the plugin doesn't trust the environment and/or the build on OSX. As such many tests remain disabled on OSX and this is the bug tracking that status. It is possible that a signed build would work for these tests, but in order to test that theory, we would need to land a variant for OSX that enables the tests that lands disabled, and then start the job against mozilla-central after a merge to see if it improves things.
