[Prerequisites]:

• Have browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.asrouter.devtoolsEnabled pref set to true.
• Have the "Recommended stories" disabled. It can be disabled from the Customize menu.
• Have the Nimbus devtools addon installed.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the Firefox browser and open the Nimbus devtools add-on.
2. In the "Experiment Browser" section, search for the "win10-eos-hnt-improve-fx-backup-discovery-without-stories-re-run" experiment and force enroll in the treatment-a branch.
3. Navigate to about:asrouter.
4. Search after the "WIN10_EOS_HNT_IMPROVE_BACKUP_DISCOVERY_WITHOUT_STORIES_RE_RUN" message and click the "Show" button.
5. Open a newtab and resize the browser to its minimum.
6. Observe the message.

[Expected result]:

• The message is responsive, and the text is still visible at browser resize.

[Actual result]:

• At some point, the text is cut off and no longer visible.
