This is a problem in JIS x4501 which misses U+3005 from the kinsoku list. The character is listed as kinsoku in the graphic list (with no code point) but it is not listed in the kinsoku list with the Unicode code point. We need to modify our table to fix the unintended original spec's mistake.

Humm, to draw fail back character for JPN charmap is strength behavior on Linux... When JPN font is installed, this test is successful. I will modify reftest code for this.
