User Story

As a FxEnt dev, I want the assets updated to reflect the refreshed brand so that users see consistent branding throughout the product, including:

* new tab
  * in the center of the page
  * in the tab favicon
* installers
* about firefox panel (**firefox enterprise** > **About Firefox**
* settings page (in the top-left corner on about:settings)
* searchbar icon (visible when navigating to about:settings, for example)
