Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to https://www.duolingo.com
  2. Log in and access: https://www.duolingo.com/practice-hub
  3. Scroll and observe the "Conversation" section

Expected Result:
The speak option should be available in the conversation tab.

Actual Result:
The speak option is missing from the conversation tab.

Notes:

  • Reproducible on the latest Firefox Release and Nightly
  • Reproducible regardless of the ETP setting
  • Works as expected using Chrome
  • Caused by the lack of SpeechRecognition API support in Firefox
