Preconditions

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox.
2. Focus the new tab search bar and input any string.

Expected result

• HCM values are consistent across the address bar, search bar and new tab search bar.

Actual result

• HCM values are inconsistent; the new tab search bar result suggestions have a thick border that is visually distracting on Windows 11
• The USB dropdown has a lighter color in the new tab search bar than the USB in the address bar;
• The separator is also missing from the USB on Windows 11.

Thanks for filing. I believe some of these differences might be expected due to how Gecko handles HCM in the browser chrome vs. content. I'm taking a closer look to verify and fix what might genuinely be broken.
