Details

Add two new Firefox taskgraph kinds: install-script (copies the script into artifacts) and beetmover-install-script (publishes the signed script + .asc to the bucket, mozilla-central-only, automatic). Staging publishes only from an explicit try selection (./mach try fuzzy -q beetmover-install-script-stage).
