In the page http://www.peterre.com/bugdemo.html the top part of the page in rendered incorrectly.
I have done a screen capture and put a .gif file of the faulty part of the image  at http://www.peterre.com/firebirdbug.gif
On scrolling down and then back up, the page is then rendered correctly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Simply go to the page.

Actual Results:  
The page is rendered incorrectly. I have put a .gif file showing the faulty rendering at http://www.peterre.com/firebirdbug.gif
The fault can be corrected by causing the screen to be rendered again, e.g. by scrolling down then back up.

Expected Results:  
Rendered the screen correctly
