Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox and open a new tab.
2. Focus the newtab searchbox and perform a search.
3. Open about:telemetry -> RAW Json -> Raw data.
4. Search for browser.search.content.newtab_searchbar

Expected result

• Ping is found and it correctly lists the search engine used to perform the search.

Actual result

• Ping is missing.
• Search is logged under browser.search.content.unknown

Regression range

• Not a regression.

Additional notes

• Please note that while the legacy telemetry is not correctly logged, all Glean probes seem to be logged correctly. For serp.impression source is correctly listed as newtab_searchbar, sap.counts also has the source listed as newtab_searchbar.
• withads and adclicks pings are also listed as unknown.
