User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030507 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030507 When I'm back from several days without reading messages, I often have several hundred mails in my INBOX. I have rules that process these messages to sort them to folders. If one of these rules would result in moving more than 256 messages in one shot to a folder, the rule fails and all the messages remain in the original folder. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Fave more that 256 messages in INBOX 2. Create a rule that would move these more than 256 messages to another folder 3. Run the rule Actual Results: Error message indicating that moving failed. Expected Results: Moved the messages.
The actual error message is "The current command did not succeed. The mail server responded: Missing required argument to UID COPY."
This also happens if you move MANNUALLY more than 256 messages from one folder to another...
This is working for me on 2003052604. Did a select all inside a folder. Moved 624 messages to the inbox. Ran message filters on the inbox and all went back to the folder from whence they came.
Just moved 1388 messages from a folder to another one, WFM with build 2003052508 resolving as WFM
