Build ID: 1999120308 Platform: Linux To reproduce: - Start the browser (using ./mozilla -installer) Result: The button bar & the area surround the URI input control are displaying as near-garbage (major horizontal streaking). Expected result: Go back to the 19991202xx builds for an example of what this should look like.
