Steps to reproduce:

Open firefox
Click with middle click for auto scroll
(Fedora, KDE, Wayland) All latest with RTL session

Actual results:

Scroll icon doesn't shown at same click point

Expected results:

Scroll icon should be shown at same click point (works fine with apple mac RTL)

I was able to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 24.04 using Firefox build 157.0.RTL.
Verified as fixed on Ubuntu 24.04 using Firefox build 158.0b2_AR and 159.0a1_AR.
