If I start two (or more) downloads with the same filename (from different
sources) into the same target directory, some unexpected results occurs:
1. No error- or warning- message
2. Confused display: all downloads occurs in the same line of download manager
with a jumping progress bar.
3. After all downloads finished, only the last one is available, the others are
overwritten.
"Bug" is not the right word for this behavior, but it's not satisfying.
Reproducible: Always
