User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:155.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/155.0
Steps to reproduce:
Press Ctrl+T or Ctrl+Shift+T after switching to Firefox from another window with Alt+Tab
Actual results:
Firefox doesn't always respond to keyboard shortcuts after the first few presses or up to a few seconds
Expected results:
Key shortcuts should work properly

Please run on terminal with MOZ_LOG=IMEHandler:4,sync env variable and check the log. What's logged for Ctrl+T or Ctrl+Shift+T after alt+tab? Does Firefox get the key events correctly?
