Bug 2040977 introduces a new ClearOnShutdown policy for Firefox’s shutdown sanitization. Thunderbird does not implement the existing SanitizeOnShutdown policy, which is already excluded from the policy comparison tests.
Add ClearOnShutdown to both allowedPoliciesMissing and allowedSchemaMissing so mail\components\enterprisepolicies\tests\browser\browser_policies_differences.js doesn’t fail.
