Steps to reproduce:

Click on: View... Sidebar... Bookmarks..

Actual results:

Left-clicking a tab opens it in the same tab instead of a new one.

Expected results:

The config entry: browser.tabs.loadBookmarksInTabs is set to: true
So a new tab should have opened.
