The page referenced is from David Baron's CSS test suite. The specific page
shown is the CSS2 Universal Selector test. In the 12-02-99 Windows build, the
scrollbar is colored the same color as the background of the page (yellow). The
buttons, scrollbar slider, and the slider background, are all the same yellow
color.
