Roughly here, we want to add a field of type StyleZoom which we can then reference in the callsites, such as this one and this one (there are several more, and in fact this change needs to be plumbed all the way through).

In its current state, the logic works, and to make sure it still does you can run ./mach wpt testing/web-platform/tests/css/css-viewport/zoom/ which runs all the web-platform tests in that folder. The specific tests you may want to pay attention to are those introduced in this patch
