moz-phab version (from moz-phab version): MozPhab 2.19.0 (Python 3.14.7, Darwin)

I attempted to submit a patch not realising that my repo was in a slightly odd state:

@  ppotkpkl 4699cee7 (empty) (no description set) default@
○  xzvlmuwt 755f4086 (empty) Bug 2074033: Override shared application data directories in xpcshell tests. r=jmaher
○  mvvwuovw 3262e9bc (no description set)

mvvwuovw was the change I actually wanted to submit and I has accidentally set the description on the empty change xzvlmuwt. When I ran moz-phab on this it threw the attached exception.
