• Adds widget to extension.ViewType and WIDGET to runtime.ContextType.
• Sets webextension-view-type="widget" on the browser moz-widget creates for extension content.
• moz-widget fires extension-browser-inserted with the browser for the host to pass to ExtensionParent.apiManager.
• Context menus in widget browsers report the widget view type.
