This is a continuation from 2061871 that sets an scrollbar inset value on the main content area to prevent the rounded corners from interfering with the scrollbar. This behavior could be extended further when DevTools is open. In the original bug, there are several variations to be considered:

  • Fullscreen
  • Not Fullscreen, Sidebar closed
  • Not Fullscreen, Sidebar open (LTR)
  • Not Fullscreen, Sidebar open (RTL)
  • Split View Mode
  • Smart Window Enabled alongside the above scenarios

These variations should be accounted for also when DevTools is opened. In many situations the inset value should be zero but may not be the case across the board. Likewise, the variations may change depending on where the DevTools pane is docked (bottom, left, or right) in conjunction with the above scenarios.
