Steps to reproduce:
Loaded a static web page, put into Reader View,
Switched to a different tab.
Turned off Internet access (i.e WiFi).
Switched back to Reader View Tab and it tried to reload the page and gave a "no Internet" error.
Got the same behavior using Internet Archive with Internet access, returned to a previous loaded page and Reader View forced a reload, which failed as the IA servers were too busy.
If you stay on a tab in Reader View, there isn't a problem; if you leave and return, it forces a new download. Even for static web pages.
Actual results:
Switched back to Reader View Tab and Firefox forced the page to reload, which didn't work due to my turning off access.
(I had loaded several pages to read during an appointment and switched to a normal view tab. At the office each previous loaded page tried to reload and failed.)
Expected results:
Reader View should have returned to the previously loaded page without forcing a download of it again.
