This is basically a defect from bug 1975734. It took out bug 2058960 by accident.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Import a file holding this event, or sync a calendar containing one:
   BEGIN:VEVENT
   UID:yearly-two-times@example.com
   DTSTART:20160615T090000Z
   DTEND:20160615T100000Z
   SUMMARY:Fire drill
   RRULE:FREQ=YEARLY;BYMONTH=6;BYMONTHDAY=15;BYHOUR=9,17
   END:VEVENT
  1. Look at 15 June, in any year.

Actual results:

One occurrence, at 09:00. The 17:00 one is missing, every year.

Expected results:

Two occurrences, 09:00 and 17:00, on 15 June every year.

Thunderbird's recurrence dialog cannot produce a rule like this, so it only
affects events arriving from elsewhere like an imported file.
