2074804 - Let the Nova New Tab search bar grow with the page width rather than in fixed steps

The New Tab search bar jumps between three fixed widths (4, 6 and 10 grid columns) as the window widens. Size it at 80% of .search-wrapper instead, centered, so it grows with the content column.

In variant B, the Firefox wordmark hides while the card behind the search bar would overlap it. That threshold was computed from the old width steps and needs recomputing from the new width.
