Instead of the download starting, this text is shown in the browser: "/pub/techsupport/mouse/mw976enu.exe" Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to www.logitech.com 2. Select North America, US. 3. Select Downloads 4. Select Mice, then any of the mouse models. 5. Select Download Actual Results: Instead of the download starting, this text is shown in the browser: "/pub/techsupport/mouse/mw976enu.exe" Expected Results: The download of the file should have started.

Ronald, this sounds like bug #205989 which has been fixed with 2003-05-22 and later builds. Please download a more recent build, installed in a new directory together with a fresh profile and give it a try.
