The font of 1.4 RC1 in toolbar of MailNews is too small.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open MailNews or AddressBook then you can see the font is so small.

Actual Results:  
The font size should be larger as before, with default windows setting.


This never happened in 1.4 alpha/beta.

The "Modem" Theme got this problem.
The Classic Theme is ok with font size in MailNews/Composer/Addressbook

Since the 2 attachments have different window colors, I wonder if is not a
problem in the WinXP Theme?

Nope... I have the same problem on Windows 2000 with 1.4 rc1 (but not with 1.4b)
and I am running at 1280x1024 (in case that has any bearing) using the Modern
theme. Also, the status bar font in the browser seems smaller than I remember it
(can anyone corroborate that)... but I am not 100% sure.

BTW: What's the policy regarding OS settings for the bug when it occurs on Win
2K and Win XP. Should it be changed to "Windows 2000" meaning that is the
earliest os which exhibits the problem (so far).

Seems WFM, text size became bigger if I change system settings accordingly
