No matter if sorted ascending or descening. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Have a list of finished downloads in download manager 2. Sort by progress by clicking on tabular head 3. Start new download Actual Results: The new download is placed last but one in list. Expected Results: The new download should be placed last in list or maybe first.
I noticed this with 1.21. It has been there a while.
