After update 9-30-2026, lost the ability to choose what to do with a file. Won't change from opening in Firefox.

Steps to reproduce
Firefox updated its self this morning.
Went to my most used website that produces a pop up that I then choose what I want to display.

Actual results
Then it only opens in a tab and not the choice of open in new tab, open with adobe, or save file.
After changes per questions/1608628 it still opens first into a tab and then I have to click open pdf to get two of the choices to pop up.
Expected results
I click what I want and a pop up appears asking me what I want to do, such as open in Firefox, open in Adobe, or save file.
I do use all three on a constant basis so I need the same access.
