Details

I have tow ISPs, one of which uses a proxy server and the other doesn't. I am unable to browse using the proxy. This has also been reported by a colleague using a different ISP with a proxy server

I would need more information about this one. How are you setting the proxy?
>How are you setting the proxy? Edit>Preferences>Proxy, then I tried both the "Automatic proxy configuration" field and the "Manual Proxy configuration" set to my ISP's proxy server. In the second case, the Manual, you have to enter the port, and I enter 8080. These settings work in all my other browsers. Mozilla shows "connecting to" the site, but times out. The second ISP doesn't require a proxy, and Mozilla works just fine. My colleague reports the same thing, but through a LAN, not a dialup connecti
