can't remember regional setting on the first page

On the first page there is a regional setting which is supposed to be set for
the first visit only. Thereafter it should go directly to the main page. But
Mozilla can't remember the setting, requiring to choose again every time the
site is loaded.

I don't see a "regional setting" on that page. Where is it?
Do you have cookies blocked from the page? Try testing using a new Mozilla user
profile.
The page has changed.
And Colin is probably set to session cookies only.
