I tried printing the page:
http://www.iol.ie/~locka/mozilla/control.htm

to two printers, on two computers (one XP, one Win 2k) in all cases, only the
first page printed.  The only thing remotely odd about this page is:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1252">

and even that isn't ground breaking.

Tested in Moz 1.4 RC1

Can someone check this out and see if this is isolated, or if others get the
same problem.
