RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 66763

Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030507
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030507

I cannot delete a subfolder if it has the same name as one which is already in
the trash folder.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Delete (move to trash) a subfolder
2. Try to delete another subfolder, of another upper level folder, with the same
name

Actual Results:
Message "A folder with that name already exists. Please enter a different name."

Expected Results:
Automatically renamed the folder e.g. by adding a digit (as it does in other
circumstances) and moved it to trash.

This is annoying as each of my folders has a subfolder "General" (because they
were imported from a system which doesn't allow messages and subfolders in the
same folder) and it is hard to delete these now unnecessary "General" folders.
