hide "use secure authentication" per server account manager UI based on redirector type see http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=205571#c15 for details. note to qa, this only really matter for trunk (1.5 and beyond) netscape releases. but it does affect mozilla, since the fix will be to am-server.js/am-server.xul
