User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030507 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030507 Pointing at http://www.samsungusa.com/ , the page begins loading and the pictures show up but as soon as you mouse-over one of the pictures of the products, the browser hangs. The only way to recover is to kill the browser process and re-start. (Possibly useless info: I checked this out in NS 7.02 and it works OK there.) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.point to www.samsungusa.com 2.mouse-over one of the pictures 3. Actual Results: browser hangs (will not respond to mouse clicks, when windows over the browser are closed the browser window does not repaint) Expected Results: looks like it should have shown the "swf" file, whatever that is...oh! it's flash. looks like the flash player that I have installed is 6.0r79. This is the same flash player that I have installed for NS 7.02 (see "Possibly Useless Information" above). Wondering if this is related to 166256. If so, pardon the duplicate bug
WFM Gentoo, Mozilla 1.4b, Flash 6.0r79 I didn't think that the latest flash versions were affected by dsp problems, but FWIW I start mozilla with "artsdsp mozilla"
This works for me!
Marking WorksForMe as I can't reproduce this and the bug hasn't seen any activity. Reporter, if you still see this bug with the latest version, please reopen and give details about used versions etc.
